How to solve the CRJZS5499E?

If you are extending the Jazz foundation, based on the tags I have to assume that and hope for an answer with this few information provided, I am pessimistic you'll get one.
Helping with extensions is very hard to begin with. If there is no context, version/environment data it is hopeless.
Support is not an option either.

JAZZ DEVELOPER Aug 01 '14, 2:27 a.m.Hi Kiran - I would get in touch with support on this. Check your server logs to see if there are any other errors being reported.

JAZZ DEVELOPER Jul 31 '14, 3:48 p.m.Kiran,
what is the context of the error? What action have you been doing in which client, what version of which Jazz tool? Where was the error displayed and what are the visible effects? The more details you can give the more detailed answers can be given.
