[closed] How to resolve "ProjectOutOfSync" problem after accepting baseline through java code?

I implemented code which accept baselines for single component. And from incoming baseline list, I only accept latest baseline through client side code. Then in my component history I can see the changeset and baseline., but my component shows "out of sync". Also changes are not reflect in the file of component. Could you please suggest cause and solution for problem?
