Is it possible to export RQM data (like TCER list data) to CSV by command-line?

I could download csv from TCER list view manually.
I also want to download csv automatically everyday. (to import into other tool.)

Any comment would be helpful!

Unfortunately, there is no API/command line utility to export test artifacts to CSV.  You can use the RQM Reportable REST API or RQM OSLC API to GET test artifacts as XML and convert the XML to CSV using an open-source library.
