How to get the URL of a specific work item in RTC programmatically

Hi all,

Now I'm implementing a JAVA API plugin for my RTC.

I'd like to know how to get the URL of a specific work item.

I already got "Iworkitem workitem" as a specific work item in my JAVA server-side code, but have no idea to get its URL.

Please help on this, thanks a lot.
