How to get handle of planned Item from an iteratation plan

Iam trying to get the list of all the planned items under a plan. I have got the handle of the plan(which is IIterationPlanRecordHandle) From here how to get all the associated planned items.
Can you provide me some code example for this.

Can you provide me some code example for this.

The IIterationPlanRecord handle is internal and contains an abstract
description of the query which we use to find the work items. It is not
possible to manually build the query.
We currently do not provide API in any form, therefore it is not
possible to find the items associated with a plan.
