I have 4 PA in my RQM 4.0.4, and 3 of the jobs are failing as you can see on the image.
I was looking for any difference between each PA but i don't see any related to etl jobs.
Also I other jobs aren't working fine.. :(

can you check with qm-etl.log and see if there are any info there.
you can also go to failed project area's admin page > project area > workflow and see if workflow bindings are normal there(Comparing to working PA).
As Don Tang pointed out, the qm-etl.log file should have some information regarding the failing ETL's. It could be some authorization issue, some corrupted data, etc. The log will tell you what the issue is.
