Bonjour Jean-François,
not really an expert here, but
the 401 means:
---|
So I would suspect an authorization issue at System Architect level.
(given the resource picker is provided by SA and error comes from SA)
Possibly re-check your RTC / SA integration set-up / parameters,
check server(s) logs
Hope it helps,
Eric
Merci encore

Bonjour Jean-François,
if you refer to https://jazz.net/library/article/1001
you'll notice that the SA "Select Item" dialog is provided by SA.
This means that you need to focus on SA here - RTC being out of scope.
Which also means, I can not really help here.
In your case I would verify that, when connected to the RTC server, I can open all SA OSLC resources:
get the rooServices, get the catalog, from there, the picker dialog
Hope it helps,
Eric
Hi Jodet,
Thank you for assistance.
Your first point about status 401 related to the permisison issue is true.
When i remove the encyclopedia to catalog manager, i am able to open her content diagrams inside to RTC (ccm). It works fine in the both direction with SA as a consumer / provider and RRC(rm) as provider and RTC(ccm) as consumer of diagrams or defintions from SA.
But SA-XT doesn't work because it require to have cataloged encyclopedias.
However i am now looking for the permission or setup that i need to do for the catalog database to have the SA, SA-XT and CLM which working well together.
Thanks more again Eric.
