Reviews widget no longer displaying status icons appropriately

The reviews widget available on the RRC dashboard no longer displays the status of the review correctly after upgrading to 4.0.5. Prior to the 4.0.5 upgrade, two status indicators were visible, one showed my status in the review and the other displayed the overall status of the review.

The current user's status in the review is not reflected correctly now (it shows pending when it should show a checkmark that I am complete). This worked prior to the 4.0.5 upgrade. Issue is reproducible in Chrome, Firefox and IE.

Is this a known issue?
