My group is using RTC 1.0.1 with LDAP BlueGroup authentication. In the advanced configuration, we have configured our Jazz Team Server to sync with bluepages on a regular interval. We have seen several cases where userids didn't get pulled into RTC from bluepages for strange reasons. We have also seen it be unable to sync userids from like Germany with a '.' in the username like 'Maurice.Forte@de.ibm.com',etc. So, we are wondering if there is an API for the Jazz Team Server to add userids via the backdoor? Our process would be to add them to the bluegroup and then add them to RTC via the backdoor right away instead of waiting on the ldap sync utility built into JAZZ. If you would like to see our LDAP settings, I can provide that also.
