 Is any one know can I use restful service in rqm sandbox. I need do some research about RQM integrate with our own Test Framework.

Yes, you can.  However, I would suggest installing a local instance of CLM for testing/experimentation so you can access the CLM logs.

 OK, I tried to get all test cases via restful service like: https://jazz.net/sandbox02-qm/jazz/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/resources/arwutang%27s%20Project%20%28Quality%20Management%29/testcases But it returns  Error 404: So could you pls give an example of how to call restful service in sandbox?
