How to get list of assets that were moved(between RAM communtiies)/submitted to a specifc RAM community?
Hi,
We need to generate monthly report of all the new assets submitted OR migrated/moved from other community, to a particular community. Is it possible to achieve using reporting URL? if so can you please provide few examples?
I tried using this URL: http://<server-name>:<port>/ram.ws/reporting/assetActivity:tid=(675),fromTime=1385901971000,toTime=1389703571000%7Casset:shortcut=<community-name-search-phrase> .The response includes only new assets submitted but does not include assets moved from other RAM communities during specified time period.
We want to achieve this using Java API or Reporting URL and do not want to do it using RAM web console using "Audit" section(because we need to add custom attributes and categories in this report).
We are using RAM 7511.

RAM does not support tracking assets moved from other RAM communities, neither on the web console nor in the api. When the asset is imported from another community, the only parameter records that is the "Last modified" date. But i don't think that is enough for your requirement. If that function really matters for you, you could open an RFE about your requirement. The dev team will evaluate it and if it get passed, it will be put on the future release table.
