RQM: Test case Categories doesn't export to CSV, the fields are not populated.
Test Case report in RQM appears with Application and Release ID fields populated on the screen but upon export to CSV, the fields are not populated.
Both of them are Categories fields in the Test Case Summary. The same problem has the Test Plan Version RQM 4.0.2. Browser: Firefox ESR 17.0.10 Thanks for your help |

I believe this is known issue 4.0.2 (I'm assuming the categories in questions are custom?)
If so, there is an existing Jazz workitem that was addressed in 4.0.3
