how can i resolve this : CRRTC8500E: Server error: Failed to log in to "{My repository}" : Your client is version 4.0.6M1, and the server is version 4.0.2. These versions are not compatible. I am try establish a conection with Visual Studio 2010

A newer RTC client cannot connect to an older server. You will need an RTC 4.0.2 client since your 4.0.6 M1 client is newer.
