One of our customer has a question about linking project via REST API. Question is "Is it possible to add members to an RRC-RQM Project programmatically? We can do this in RTC but is it possible with other tools?"

It is possible to do it via REST API. What I am usually doing is starting Firebug and recreate the steps in web ui. Then you will see in net panel what are the queries sent to make particular action. You can try this approach.
