running jbe causes "The build engine is either not in repository, or it can not be accessed by following user" error

Hi,

I am trying to install RTC-buildsystem-Toolkit-AIX-4.0.3, and getting the following error. can any one pls help me in resolving this issue.
Following steps i performed:
1) downloaded & extracted tool kit 4.0.3
2) Follow the instruction from Readme.txt file, went o installation directory and use followinf command:
sh jbe.sh -vm /usr/java6/bin/java -repository https://rational.kp.org/ccm2/ -userId Y006426
-pass Praja1234 -engineId pzadcc056.cdbt.pldc.kp.org

and got the following error:
2013-11-27 10:42:49 [Jazz build engine] CRRTC3521W: Warning: The build engine is  either not in repository, or it can not be accessed by following user : "Y006426". The ID of the build engine is "pzadcc056.cdbt.pldc.kp.org".

Hi Kamlesh,
It seems that you are able to start your build engine. The only issue is that you need to create such build engine using eclipse client: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m4/topic/com.ibm.team.build.doc/topics/tsetupbuild.html

Also note that the id for the build engine doesn't need to be the same as the domain name of the machine it's running on. They are independent. 

JBE runs as a client of the RTC server, polling at regular intervals for a pending build to pick up and run.
