In Plans, When work items are marked for delivery for a specific date and if dates are moved will it be possible to get the list of affected work items alone for the specific work item which has its dates rescheduled ? If so how can this be done.

How are you specifying the delivery date for a work item.
One way to do so is by specifying the delivery date by setting the due date of the work item.
You can set the color option with the expression dueDate:<today.
This way you can get all the work items which have past the due date.

Yes its based on the due date . Could you please let me know where can this be set ?
