This post is not a direct answer to your original question, but I just wanted to add that IBM has recently acquired a company called UrbanCode, and added to the DevOps portfolio a product called IBM UrbanCode Deploy that has an integration with IBM SmartCloud Orchestrator, IBM Pure Application Systems and IBM Workload Deployer.
