Can the OSLC or reportable REST APIs be used to do a modify sections of a test case (e.g. add Development Links)

Hi,

I have a large number of test cases in an RQM project that require the "Development Items" section for the CCM integration. I can do this manually one test case at at time. There currently is no way to do so in bulk through the RQM UI.

I am curious if either the REST or OSCL API can be leveraged to script a solution for this bulk update. I have looked at the REST API and so far cannot fine a method to do it.
