What RSA license key do I need to enable the topology editor?

Using Rational Software Architect v8.5, I'm unable to use the topology editor, receiving the error:  "A valid license for the topology editor was not found".

Exactly which license key do I need to have?  I've been unable to find an RSA license on the Rational license key site that explicitly referencing topology editor functionality.

Thanks in advance

Turns out the short answer is that two are required.  They are:
1.  Rational Software Architect v8.5 Activation Kit
2.  Extension for Integrated Architecture Frameworks license activation kit

An application install issue complicating matters is that I have a FlexLM license server installed in my environment as well to serve up virtual user licenses for Rational Performance Tester.  Mixing the two licensing methods in my environment apparently don't work well.  Even when I tried deploying the floating versions of the two RSA licenses listed above versus their activation kit versions, I received the topology editor error described in the initial post.
