RTC 4.0 Reports - Open in Powerpoint 2013

Greetings,
It seems when I export a RTC report (Open Work Items by Type) into a powerpoint format, it will not open using Microsoft Powerpoint 2013. Are there any compatibility issues? Is there are workaround which I can apply?

 Hi,
I discovered a work around. Export the report as .ppt file. If you try and open this in PowerPoint 2010/2013, it will throw an error. 
Rename the file, changing the file extension from .ppt to .pht. Then open it in PowerPoint. The report should come up as expected. Just be sure to File > Save As.. and save it as a regular (.pptx) presentation.

Thank you very much, Paul. I've been pulling out my hair trying to get this to work, and the workaround works perfectly.
