Installing RTC in Windows 8

Can we install RTC 4.0.2 in Windows 8. Does it work fine, please help me.

I have no personal experience with Windows 8.

Although it is not listed as supported I would assume it should work as a client operating system. Like Windows 7 it is certaimly not considered as server operating system, but I would expect it to work as one e.g. for test and demo purposes as Windows 7 does.

Other than the Shell Extension I've experienced no problems installing and running RTC 4.0.4 on Windows 8.1.
The Shelll Extension simply doesn't install (known issue apparently).
