Does the pruning remove all the files that are attached to the build
results (ie: log files, download files).

Pruning removes all logs. It only removes downloads that are not externally
stored. In other words if you are using artifactLinkPublisher to store only
links to downloads, just the link is deleted and the actual files are left
whereever they are stored.
