clmhelp link not working

We used the WAS administrative scripting command to install and invoke all the ".war" files but clmhelp link is not working. While trying to access, https:/localhost/clmhelp/index.jsp, we get the error, page cannot be displayed.
Please assist.

Are you in a distributed environment? Note there is some additional configuration which you may need to complete before you can access the help.

Hi All, Thank you for the information. We figured out that clmhelp link was working for one CLM profile and not for the other ones in a multi-tenant installation. We found that the parameter was missing from Merged plugin for other CLMs. Updating the same resolved the issue. Regards, Ritika Aggarwal |

Are you clicking a link in RTC or are you manually entering the URL?
The URL generally has the port number in it.
i.e. https:/localhost:9443/clmhelp/index.jsp
Hello Ritika,
I am not sure how your server is configured. Have you tried following page: https://localhost:9443/clmhelp/index.jsp ? Or any other?
Could you provide screen shot with error message?
Also what is your CLM version you are using?
