My 4.0.2 server does not seem to have the CLM trial licenses.
Do I have to do something special to get them installed? Here's the licenses I have seen on other servers that I am looking for.. Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management - Contributor Trial (Expires On: ...) Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management - Practitioner Trial (Expires On: ...) Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management - Stakeholder Trial (Expires On :...) Edit I just noticed that I only have the RTC licenses. The RM and QM licenses are also missing. I tried deleting the saved files and installing again without success |

I figured out my problem.
I have Installation Manager installed and I just update the repository URL for the version of RTC that I want to install. I was pointing to: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/4.0.3/4.0.3/install-repository/rtc-offerings/repository/repository.config When I downloaded the Web installer and ran IM from there it was using this URL https://jazz.net/downloads/clm/4.0.3/4.0.3/install-repository/clm-offerings/repository/repository.config Using that URL all the licenses were installed. Interestingly I can install all three products using the first URL but only got temporary licensees for CCM |
Nope, even my 4.0.3 RC1 installs it the usual way. You may want to check if you have selected it during the IM install. Otherwise you can separately download it and add them from the License management page.
