repotool -import not functioning for RTC.  While doing CLM restore ccm is not getting restore.Script works fine for both JTS and RQM.

error for ccm is - The command "import" is not recognized.

I am also getting few error messages in logs on this path-

could you post the exact command you entered ?

 /repotools-ccm.sh export toFile=${CCMRESTORE} logFile=${TMPDIR}/ccmsave.log overwrite=no

I thought you are having problem with import. Ensure you have enough diskspace in the filesystem where you are exporting.
You may want to try as per the example shown here
