Full-width Space turn to Half-width Space in RTC 3.0 ?

I can not import Full-width space to RTC3.0 as a part of summary, when I import the Full-width space, it turned to Half width space.
Is there anyway to resolve this problem?
I am using RTC 3.0 and importing them by CSV, the CSV file is encoded at UTF-8(UTF-16), this two kind type of CSV doesn't work for that problem.

Can you provide a screenshot as an example? I do not fully understand your request

When I put the Full-width space in summary, before saving, it's correct.

But after saving, this Full-width turn to Half-width Space.
