Questions about the Progress % in the Plans Related to Teams and Subteams report?

When I added this widget in my project dashboard, I cannot understand the progress % value. It's not related to the time spend and all planned estimate. Please advice how RTC calculate the progress %? I use RTC Eclipse client 3.0.1, and RTC server is igartc03.

The % is the % of Work Items estimated.

@Shubjit, no, this % should not be the % of work items estimated. You can look into the following 2 screenshot. On the chart, Order cart team have 100% estimated the work items in sprint 4. But the report displays 85%. What is the 85% come from?

I am not able to view the first screenshot. When you click on the Plan it should display the Progress details and the % could you share that?
