Why cannot "levels to expand" set to 0 if no links want to be shown in a view?

This is happening in RRC 4.0.2.
It seems I cannot set the "levels to expand" = 0 if no link is selected to shown in a tree view.
I go to the "configure links to show as a tree view" option, uncheck the "show links in tree view", but cannot set the "levels to expand" = 0. Why? The "levels to expand" is automatically set to 1 in this scenario.

You can make a trick but at the end (after logout or browser refresh) the "levels to expand" is set to 1.
Is this a bug? Or is there any explanation for this behavior?

We are using a FF supported version.
Thanks!

Hi Claudia,

You must have some rules defined to be able to set the "levels to expand" option.  If you have no rules defined, then it doesn't matter what level you are setting the expansion to.  Further, the options in this menu only persist for the existing session.  If you do a browser refresh or logout, you will lose the saved settings.

Jason
