Jazz forum profile photo is not uploaded

Hello,

I'm unable to upload a profile photo. When I try it, I get a message saying that the profile was update successfully. I also get an email with a notification about the photo being updated. The photo is in fact not updated and still empty.
Can anyone please tell me how can I successfully update my profile with the photo?

Hi,
I just updated my profile photo.  Upon upload, my old picture was displayed, but when I refreshed the page, my new photo was displayed.  I logged out and back in, and my new photo was displayed.  Can you try again and comment here about the results?  I'm wondering if this was a temporary problem or if it's still occurring.

Still nothing.
I tried it already 10 or so times across the last couple of weeks, so it's not a temporary problem.

Thanks for the quick response Piotr!  Perhaps it's something specific to adding a new photo.  I'll let the jazz.net team know.

Has there been an update or solution to this?  I can't update my employer info or submit a picture.

It may be the browser.
Could you please mention the browser and its version in use?
Also try using another browser to upload and let us know if the same behavior is observed?

I tried this with FF10 and IE8

Is your machine under any firewall?

Could you try uploading  the photo with firewall disabled or try uploading it from a different machine.

Gents, this can't be very right as I have just tried and added my photo and verified it is really me :-)
A jpeg image worked. I was thinking the only thing that could be different in your machines might be a non us english OS. no ? although I have no idea if that could make any difference. But If you want to try out from the box I did, feel free to ST me.

I could not upload my photo also. I tried with jpg, jpeg, gif. It has the size of 4kb. 100x100 and I used IE8 and Firefox 26.
After it had failed, I tried to modify the address 1 field, and I got the same result. Refresh shows the new content, however after the submit, when calling again the profile editor, it showed the old value.

Yes, this still doesn't work for me either. I also tried form a Vapp from a different network. It worked for other people from the same Vapp, so I believe this is something wrong with my profile.

This issue may be related with some invalid content. For instance, either my address 1 and phone number fields are receiving these check messages:
- Address 1 may contain one or more of (alphanumeric, dot, hyphen, space) characters. (Mine has a comma on it)
- Phone may contain numbers and hyphen (mine has some spaces instead of hyphen)
It seems to be successfully updated, however when I call again the profile editor, it still shows the old values.

I just uploaded my photo for my profile and experienced the same.  I refreshed the page (without clearing any cache) and my photo is there.  I'm using Firefox v45.3.0.
