Changing Process Templates

 If a group starts using the default process template in a project area but wants to change to scrum is this possible?  Would there be an ramifications?

Hi Sean,

Have you made any modification to your existing template? They will be lost when you switch to a new template. I'd suggest to create a new project area with the Scrum template and move the work items in your existing project area to the new one.
