 Asking this for someone (Pedro Dorian) in the LinkedIn community.

We migrated Rational CQ to RTC and we drove several web services.  But RTC can not find how to use XML Web services (get and post) to an Excel tool that automated this task.  Any idea?

Did the customer tried the CSV import export feature available for the work items?
It has a way to read from the CSV directly. Do they want to invoke this service programatically?
