Backup Strategy for a Jazz Server

Hello All,
We are running a critical project on Jazz server. In this application we keep attaching files with work items.so there would be good number of attachment.

What all backups i need to consider for this kind of scenario.

would export by repo tool would be sufficient ?

will export include all attachment or will i have to take some other backup for those...I am not sure where exactly these attachments get stored on file system ?

Do i need to take regular DB2 backup explicitly ?

Thanks in Advance
Vishnu
