CVS-like Integration for Jazz SCM from Ant

I've identified a need to "deliver" to Jazz SCM some artifacts generated during an automated build.

Ideally I'd like to perform an SCM check-in/deliver in a single command line call from my build.xml.

Does anybody have any ideas short of an "exec" call?
