By using RAM API methods, What is the maximum file size were tested for Asset upload by testing team ?

~20Gig... on that note, you have to make sure that the session timeout on the server (and WebServer if you are using one) is larger than the default of 30min (... moving the content from staging to asset storage area may take longer).
