Hello All,

I am running the buildforge to create an new image and I can see there is error showing up timeout when it is in the very first step which is create instance step. I need to know is the buildforge down.

Also when provisioning an instance it almost takes 3 hours. Is there any problem. Please let me know.

Thank you.

The server is probably not down unless something says otherwise in the log.  More likely the provisioning taking 3 hours is tripping a timeout somewhere.  Make sure that the step timeout is set appropriately.  The length of the provisioning may or may not be an issue.  If the provisioning take the same amount of time from the command line, then its all expected, if it is much shorter, then there must be some difference between the command line invocation and the BF invocation that needs more troubleshooting.
