I have copy utitlity RQM-Extras-RQMCopyUtil-3.0.1.2 just wanted to know if it compatible with RQM version 4.0.2, if not is there a page where I can find copy utility compatible with RQM 4.0.2

If you are running 4.0.2 you should be using that same version of the copy Utility
You can find it here:
Downloads -> Rational Quality Manager Download 4.0.2 Release ->"All Downloads tab"
-> Under Extras -> Rational Quality Manager Copy Utility
