Why are archived/deleted Test Artifacts still appearing in Full Text Search?
When we delete a Test Case in RQM it removes it from the table listing when viewing All Test Cases. However, it will still popup in Full Text searches when we specify the ID or string contained in that Test Case.
This is causing confusion among users who think it's still a valid Test Case. When they view this "archived" Test Case there's nothing that specifies it's deleted. Is there a way to prevent these deleted Test Cases from appearing in the Full Text search? Thanks, |

This is fixed in RQM 4.0.0.1 (see 3.0.1.1: Archived artifacts show up in the fulltext search (67531)).

Thanks Paul. The user is actually on 4.0.1 and still experiences it. When I tried it the Archived Test Case also appeared in the fulltext search.
I would reopen 3.0.1.1: Archived artifacts show up in the fulltext search (67531) with your customer's details.
