Is there an issue with one particular download ? If yes, can you please paste the url of the download.

I was getting it on all downloads I was trying for RQM and RTC.  Even rebooted my system and tried on a couple others.

Seems to work now though.

We had the problem with the proxy and one of the servers around that time. It's possible you were hitting that server. It's been resolved now.
