How to get started when Foundation downloads are expired?

Hi,
I am a newbie and want to get rolling with the JAF tutorial. However, the latest Jazz Foundation release (4.0.1) is expired. There is a link to a milestone build (4.0.2 M2) but after clicking through, it says this release (from last week, Feb 6) is "Unavailable".

Does the tutorial work with an expired CAL? When will the next non-expired release be available?

Hi Chris,
The downloads should be (and are usually) available.  Someone sent a note to our mailing list about 25 minutes ago saying the downloads are not available.  I expect the downloads will be available again soon.

Thanks, downloads were indeed available later in the day and I am now started with the tutorial.
