creating reports on files at different stream

I want to compare a file of different version delivered onto 2 different streams and generate a report, say how many lines got changed and so on. Is it possible to generate such reports through RRDI or Insight ? Which reporting tool is best supported for stream related reports like file comparison,component comparison etc ?

you can try with scm commands such as diff , compare and anotate , if they help.
