What are the steps to archive a project area?

I have a project area that I wish to delete. The following line in the 'Getting Started with Jazz Project Areas and Process' guide indicates this is not possible:

"Since a project area is the root of all the Jazz items for the project, it cannot be deleted from the repository. A project area can be archived which places it in a dormant state."

I've scanned the remainder of the guide but cannot find the steps to perform the archive. How do I archive a project such that no further artifacts can be created/worked on under it?

(Imo, the delete restriction seems harsh, especially within the context of Jazz experimentation/exploration.)

In the project area explorer, select a project and archive is available from the context menu.

Thank you.

Fyi for those on M2, the 'Project Area Explorer' has been renamed 'Team Organization'.
