Add work items by API - in a specific order
What we are trying to achieve is to pragmatically post links to work items via RTC API (rtc_cm:com.ibm.team.workitem.linktype.relatedartifact.relatedArtifact). However, when multiple links are posted, they don't appear to be in any particular order -- is there a way to post links in a particular order, for example by timestamp or name?

I do not think this is currently possible. As you can tell from working with the Links section, there is no way to re-order or change the display order. There are also several work items open related to ordering links:
