How to see the query display not bigger than the RTC screen on 4.0.1 ?

Running queries on RTC on jazz 4.0.1, we could find that the query results are bigger than the RTC screen,
and if we could scroll on it to right, this query is displayed over the grey screen out of the limits of the RTC screen.
Does anyone know how to solve this if it is possible?

We use the function "Export Work Items" and open the result with Microsoft Excel.
