what do you try to achieve?
With the built in capabilities, I don't see how you could create an attribute customization e.g. a default value with this information. The Team Area List attribute does not show up in the list of attribute types.
In scripts you can not access the data you'd need for all I can tell. You could - may be - create a value set using the HTTP Filtered value provider.
You could develop your own custom value provider: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/AttributeCustomization#Providing_new_customizations_imp which I would avoid if at all possible.
