Right-clicking a component brings up menus allowing changing a component's owner.  But I cannot see how to query who/what-team the current owner is.  Is there some way to do this?

In the Team Artifacts view, right-click the Source Control folder and select Search > Components  and then change the Owned by field to <any>. That should give you a list of all the components and owners.

In 4.0.1, there is a component editor. You can right-click on a component and open it to see the owner. If you're on an older version, workspace and stream editors also textually decorate the components with the owner.
