Why do I get an error if I comment on a library article?

I realized that I get an error when commenting on an article. This happened twice when commenting on https://jazz.net/library/article/807 . The first time I tried to post the same comment and got another error. Now the comment shows up twice.

The second time I refreshed after the error and the comment shows up fine.

How can this be solved?

I know we had issues with the library comment system yesterday, where the comments weren't showing up, but this was fixed. You may have been seeing a remnant of this.

If it continues for you, you can open a defect in one of two places: Our internal private area for website issues or our public project area for all Jazz.net members to report issues.
