RTC 2002 ifix08(last version of RTC2002) on Linux 64 bit and SQL Server used(Tomcat)

Data warehouse does not update data points any more since 10/Sept. Manual running update all snapshots data and see the service is up and running for about 10 mins but there is no data points in the burn down reports in dashboard. No errors in jazz.log and database log seems to be fine.
Dont have known change before 10/Sept.
User has JazzAdmin permissions.
Query works fine.
When manually run update all snapshots data, I can not see any entry in the jazz.net showing datawarehouse jobs was run.
Where is the info indicating data warehouse has been run without problem? Any log similar to 301's etl log anywhere for 2002 RTC?

How/what to check for such sudden not working data warehouse issue?
Appreciate if there is any info. Thanks

Hi Don,

Try enabling the "WS Logging Exceptions" advanced server property and see if you get an error in the jazz.log file.
Can you also try other reports like "Open vs Closed Work Items" and see if you get some data?
