CC connector: Active import blocking sync engine restart

In a test environment, while attempting to deliver outgoing change sets to my CLONE workspace via the synchronization process, my Windows machine lost power.

Upon reboot, my synchronized stream indicates that I have an active import, and that it's 99% complete.

When attempting to restart the synchronization engine to complete the import, I receive the following ClearCase Connector error message: "Unable to start synchronization engine due to the following error: Synchronized stream in use by another process."

Looking for a course of action to continue forward.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,
please refer to the on-line help section: Unlocking a synchronized stream
https://jazz.net/jazzdocs/topic/com.ibm.team.connector.scm.cc.doc/topics/t_sync_unlock.html

You may also find additional information under the child topics of:

Some useful information can also be found in the TechNote below:

Note: The first reference
(https://jazz.net/jazzdocs/topic/com.ibm.team.connector.scm.cc.doc/topics/t_sync_unlock.html)
should provide a complete answer to this question (i.e. use the "Unlock"
action on the ClearCase property page of the synchronized stream).

Also note that the third reference (TN0026) is about the ClearQuest
Connector, so wouldn't have info on the ClearCase Connector.

Cheers,
Geoff

Thank you to both Eric and Geoffrey. Unlocking the troubled synchronized stream allowed me to continue working.
