 We just got RTC/Jazz Foundation 3 at work and I have no clue as to how to get started.

Searching in the Library on this site for "Jazz Foundation" and "Documentation" gives me no search results...

Do you know of a good place to get started? I don't need the features list, I would like to read about how to generate your tickets, etc.
