How to remove .project file checked in by mistake?

Leanne Chen (622) | asked Aug 24 '12, 5:41 p.m.
I am trying to find a way to remove .project file checked into stream by mistake.  The file was checked in to the root directory of the workspace.

I tried to remove the file from my local file system, and also making sure that it is not in the ignore list; but the change to remove the file does not show up in Unresolved change folder in Pending Change View.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?  This file caused our build to fail, which is urgent issue for us.

Appreciate your help!!

Thanks,
Leanne

In order for it to show up in the Unresolved folder, you either need to perform the deletion with an Eclipse command, or if you did it directly against the file system, you need to "refresh" your sandbox so that Eclipse notices the change and can tell the RTC plugin about it.
